PhotoShelter Review 2018 (Under The Microscope!)

Did you know that PhotoShelter has been around since 2005 and has 800,00+ members?

I didn’t but having said that, I’m not surprised.

You see, I’ve been reviewing photography specific website builders for weeks now and during that time, PhotoShelter’s name has cropped time and time again.

In fact, I’m excited about this review as everything so far has either come with a fairly steep learning curve or has been missing vital features.

Is PhotoShelter about to change that?

I sincerely hope so but there’s only one way to find out!

Pixpa Review 2018 (A Hidden Gem)

I’d like to start by welcoming all of your creative types to this Pixpa review.

I stumbled across them for the first time recently when researching one of their competitors.

I made a note of the name and told myself I’d come back to review them when I had a little time and I can tell you, I’m very glad I did!

I can say with confidence, that if you’re a photographer, designer, artist, or fashionista, then you’re in for quite a treat.

SmugMug Review 2018 (A Rollercoaster of a Ride!)

I’m so glad you could join me today…

You see, I’ve been reviewing general website builders for quite some time now but SmugMug is my first specialist photography platform and I’m kinda excited!

I’ve heard many good things about them along the way and after hearing the recent news of them acquiring photo storage site Flickr, I couldn’t put it off any longer.

An example website I created using SmugMug. The site is called "Photography In The Rain" and consists of people, landmarks, and nature shots all taken in the rain

With that said, I’m itching to get started so let’s jump straight in.

Bandzoogle Review 2018 (Musicians, Look No Further)

If you’ve arrived at this review, you’re probably already aware that Bandzoogle is dedicated purely to helping bands and musicians create a presence online.

In my experience, these “niche” specific website builders are quite often thin, flimsy products and the company behind them doesn’t really understand the needs of the audience they’re targeting.

I’m pleased to say, Bandzoogle is the polar opposite of such platforms.

Started by musician Chris Vinson way back in 2003 when do-it-yourself builders were still in their infancy, Bandzoogle has now grown into a one-stop shop that helps you create a digital stage for your music and connect with your fans.

I have to admit, I’m not a musician myself but I’m very impressed with what Bandzoogle has to offer and I’ll be walking you through those things today.
